meet our founder Hi! I’m Taylor, Founder and seamstress of Trimmed Renovations. I grew up in a small town in Southern Ontario. I always had my hands busy creating all kinds of things, from sewing, to painting, drawing and many more. I started working in clothing alterations at fifteen learning new skills and a whole new opportunity to be creative, which led me to a life long love of sewing. I fell in love with all things business throughout high school and college. While getting my diploma for Interior Decorating, my final semester of college was very business focused and helped me find the perfect way to combine my two passions by starting Trimmed Renovations. From a small side business, sewing in my home to opening our store front, earning a readers choice award, expanding our services and product collections we have come a long way from where we started.
