Do I need to book an appointment for a fitting?
For Formal items or if you have more than 4 items to be fitted we do recommend to book an appointment to make sure we can have sufficient time with the seamstress. Contact us

What do I need to bring to the Fitting?
We require you to bring the proper foot wear and undergarments for the outfit to ensure the most accurate fit. (Example - Proper Bra/ Underwear, Heels/ Flats etc)

What are the most common Alterations you do?

Should my items for Alterations be washed before bringing them in?
Yes Absolutely, any unclean items (dirty/ smell) Any items found unclean when we start working on the requested alteration will be returned unfinished.

After placing my order when will my order be shipped?
Orders with stocked products will ship within 2-4 days of placing the order.
What company do you use to ship orders?

What is the cost for shipping?
We have a flat rate shipping across Canada of $19 plus tax and free shipping of orders $100 or more.

How long will it take to make my Custom order?
Each order will vary on manufacturing times depending on materials, complexity of the order and research times.

Is there a minimum time line for custom orders?
We do require a minimum 2 weeks for custom orders but this can change depending on each order. Order time lines may vary based on custom requirements.

How quickly will my items be cleaned?
Please allow at least one week for turn around time for cleaning for regular items (larger items like bed spreads, curtains etc or any leather/ suede items please allow as much time as possible for cleaning)

Do you clean items at your store?
We are a Dry cleaning Depot for Fetch laundry located in Hamilton.
Alterations & Dry Cleaning Policies
All clothing must be freshly washed or dry cleaned before bringing in for alterations. Any Unclean items Will be returned unfinished no exceptions.
Payment is required either at time of drop off or pick up for Alteration services and Dry Cleaning services No items will be released without full payment. Please provide your pick up ticket at time of pick up.
Return/ Refund Policy - Clients must try their garments immediately after pick up (In store or at home). If you require any adjustments to the completed alteration, items must be brought back within two weeks (14 Days from the dated pick up day) with the original receipt. Most adjustments will be no charge depending on the garment and specified alteration TR reserves the right to add any additional charges if needed.
Garments for Dry cleaning/ Alterations must be picked up within 30 days of scheduled pick up day. We are not responsible for any items left after 30 days. Items left for 60 days or more will be donated no exceptions.
Customers are required to bring proper under garments and foot wear to fitting appointments to ensure the most accurate fit of your garments.
Customers who supply their own measurements to their own items are responsible to ensure the accuracy of the measurements for the alterations requested. TR Will not be held responsible for any measurement mistakes given by the customer on any garments.
Dry cleaning: customers are to make sure they have checked over their dry cleaning order to ensure all items have been returned and are to their expectations. TR is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the dry cleaning process. Customers are to contact VIP Textiles directly with their pick up receipts. TR will not replace or reimburse the customer in the case of lost or damaged items in the dry cleaning process by Fetch Laundry TR is a depot for Dry cleaning, Items brought in by customers are picked up by VIP Textiles driver to be brought to their store location for cleaning and are brought back to TR by their driver once items have been cleaned.
Dry cleaning prices- Fetch laundry supplies TR with a current price list for dry cleaning items. TR prices items to the best of their knowledge. Pricing is subject to change at the discretion of Fetch Laundry upon examination of each item for dry cleaning.
Missing garments: Require 10 days from day of promised pick up to attempt to locate the garment before taking further action
If the garment is determined to be missing, we will buyback the item limited to 5 times the charge of services (Alterations/ Dry cleaning) regardless of garments price, brand or condition.
Items Must be picked up within 30 days with your claim ticket. Please try on any items immediately after pick up to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
Alterations- If any adjustments are needed please contact us within 14 days from original completion date or you will be charged a fee for any adjustments needed. Items Must be picked up and Paid within 30 days. We will attempt to contact you up to 4 times. Any items left after 30 days will be donated. Items altered based on measurement provided by customer if adjustments are needed there may be an additional charge, we will not be held responsible if measurement provided is incorrect.
Dry Cleaning policy: As we are a depot for dry cleaning, no cleaning is done on our property. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items by our cleaners. Prices are determined by Fetch Laundry network and are subject to change upon examination of the item.
TR Handmade items Policies
Please note handmade items in nature are one of a kind items and may vary (colour, pattern placement, size etc) to a similar product. This in no way affects the quality of the items. All handmade items are final sale once they leave the store or have been shipped. Due to the nature of our textile items we cannot accept any returns exchanges or refunds on textile items once the items have left the store or have been shipped to avoid any contamination (Smoke, Pet hair, oils from skin/ hair etc. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to be paid before TR starts the project to allow us to purchase supplies needed. All custom orders are final sale no exceptions. Manufacturing defects will require proof of issue with original receipt to offer a replacement item similar to the originally purchased piece within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued.
