Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 week of the date the order was placed. We currently ship with Canada Post. Please allow 1-3 weeks for regular delivery. 

Any delays in shipping is at the responsibility of Canada Post and we will not be held liable for delays. 

You must allow 40 Days for the package to arrive before we deem it lost or missing and we will look into refunding or replacing the lost item once the 40 days have passed. Customer will need to pay shipping for the free replacement item if deemed necessary. 

Currently our standard shipping does not include tracking to keep the costs of shipping lower for our clients.
